Toyota is a innovative Japanese automobile company. Land Cruiser comes with their hi end technology for 4x4 and off road developments. 1st generation of Land Cruisers introduced in 1951. It was a jeep like vehicle. Comfort oriented 4x4 off road vehicle introduced by Toyota under the Land Cruiser Series as J50 in 1967. This Land Cruiser Model manufactured from 1967 to 1980 and later developed as J60 with more comfortable facilities and much space inside the vehicle in 1980.

Land Cruiser 80 series introduced after the J60. Land Cruiser Sahara is a name given to this J80 Land Cruiser which was introduced in 1990.
